1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AIM GO: Football Prediction AI (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SWK Labs Limited ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

AIM GO: Football Prediction AI is an AI-powered football prediction, match analysis, and sports insights platform developed and operated by SWK Labs Limited. The App is available through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to access or use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of the App may require you to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep such information current.

5. App-Specific Terms

• AIM GO provides football predictions, match insights, and statistical analysis solely for informational and entertainment purposes.
• All predictions represent AI-generated opinions and should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
• You acknowledge that any decisions made based on the App's predictions or recommendations are made at your own discretion and responsibility. SWK Labs Limited accepts no responsibility for any losses resulting from reliance on the App's predictions or recommendations.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit any predictions, statistics, or other content provided through the App without our prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available within the App—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, software, and related materials—are the exclusive property of SWK Labs Limited and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App may provide premium features through recurring subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account once your purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refund requests are subject to the applicable refund policies of Apple or Google.

8. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the App's source code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation, security, or performance of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, servers, or networks associated with the App.
• Use bots, scrapers, or any other automated tools to access or collect data from the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWK Labs Limited disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SWK Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the App, regardless of the legal theory on which such claims are based.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SWK Labs Limited, together with its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.

Any material changes will be announced within the App, together with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued access to or use of the App after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
